As a Florida Certified Pest Control Operator, he eventually spent 14 years as a Regional Vice President for a leading commercial pest control company, managing a multimillion-dollar operation and teams across Florida. But some of Luis’s most meaningful work has taken him beyond business, working with communities in South America to help develop sustainable sources of income and opportunity. He brings to UP a practical, hands-on approach and a passion for finding solutions that don't just meet a need today, but help people build a stronger tomorrow

She holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a focus in Global Consulting and has worked across leadership development, organizational strategy, volunteer engagement, and nonprofit initiatives. Through years of working with organizations and communities, Christina has seen both the incredible potential in people and the barriers that can keep that potential from being realized. At UP she’s found that when people are given the right support, resources, and opportunities, they can rise and help others rise with them

As a pastor and longtime leader, he has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, developing leaders, strengthening teams, and helping organizations navigate seasons of change. Jim has also spent more than a decade working in a nonprofit environment, helping provide strategic direction and build relationships that turn vision into action. He has a gift for taking complicated challenges and making them practical and clear. At UP, Jim brings that experience, along with a deep belief in people and their potential, to help communities move toward greater opportunity and a stronger future.
